Everyone will always remember the year of 2020. The year that the whole world was affected by the spread of the Corona Virus (Covid-19). But out of crisis, we will rise together a stronger community of youth. In fact, with the use of a more virtual and online approach, this years Global Youth Leaders' Summit will reach even farther than ever before and will be even more accessible to the youth around the world.
"MAD @ CRISIS" is the theme of our 12th edition. Making A Difference through times of Crisis, no matter our race, language, religion or nationality. With appearances by our Guests of Honour, Minister Mr. Desmond Lee, Character and Leadership Academy Patron Ms. Tin Pei Ling and our Special Guests, Mr. MC Mokitlane and Mr. Nick Vujicic, the year 2020 will prove to be a very insightful and inspiring 12th GYLS.
Our staff of 20 facilitators will be engaging 1000 participants in the respective breakout rooms. We were also joined by 3 Enterspeakers, Dr Jason Leong, Sng Ming Da and Steven Bones. Our "Call to Action" forum had speakers David Chua, Sherry Soon, Nigel Teo and Samantha Lim, moderated by Lionel Dorai, sharing with us on being a youth change maker!
